This short Christmas meditation and prayer is an invitation to pause, breathe, and come home to your heart before the busyness begins.

There’s nothing you need to do.

Just a few quiet moments to soften your body, steady your nervous system, and overflow peace to yourself and the world. No big deal!

This episode is especially for you if:

This season feels tender, complicated, or heavy
You’re missing someone you love
You’re holding both Joy and grief
You need a moment of peace before stepping into the day

Inside this meditation and prayer, we:

Gently calm the nervous system and invite the body to arrive
Come home to the heart as a place of safety and steadiness
Offer loving prayers for ourselves, for those who are suffering, and for the world
Honour grief without pushing Joy away
Remember that peace doesn’t require perfection, and love doesn’t need to be earned

You’re invited to listen from wherever you are or anytime when you need to recalibrate and return to your natural state of peace.
