BE A WILLOW

Are you feeling stressed, overwhelmed or wobbly right now?  

If you can, take a moment and close your eyes. Imagine you’re in a beautiful field filled with sunshine, blue sky, fluffy clouds, and a light warm summer breeze on your skin. Imagine the sound of rustling leaves as you come back to yourself. Come back to the place of inner stillness and peace. Listen to the wind blowing lightly around you as you feel into your centre. The sturdy and untouchable place that exists no matter what is going on around you!

Today I am invite you to embody the Willow. Allow the winds of life to blow through you rather than knock you off your center. Feel into the sturdiness of the earth as you move with life. Feel the sun on your face as you reach toward the light.
