WHO WE ARE

The following Privacy Policy governs the online information collection practices of Jillian Schecher Inc.  (”we” or “us”). Specifically, it outlines the types of information that we gather about you while you are using the JillianSchecher.com website (the “Site”), and the ways in which we use this information. MAILING LIST

If you subscribe to our newsletter mailing list we use Infusionsoft to store your email address in order to send you Joyful emails, workshops, sales, promotions, events & blog posts. You can unsubscribe from this mailing list at any time by selecting 'unsubscribe' at the bottom of any newsletter we send to you.

Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. We also use a Facebook Pixel to track conversions from Facebook ads, optimize ads based on collected data, build targeted audiences for future ads, and re-market to qualified leads.
