To reinforce the learning and growth through the program, each participant receives a copy of The Daily Joy Journal—either the Leadership Edition for managers and excutives, or the Original Edition for team members. This journal serves as a daily reminder to prioritize Joy and mindfulness, creating habits that lead to sustained well-being and productivity.
