The JOY Sessions are designed for anyone who is ready and willing to reconnect with Joy, and experience more alignment in their everyday life. With guided meditation and strategic heart based exercises, I will support you in identifying & aligning with the things your heart most desires.

The next round of JOY Sessions will be online, for 4 weeks every Wednesday beginning May 8th
from 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm (MST).
Online sessions will be recorded and available for the duration of the program so you can still participate if you're unable to attend live. For 1.5 hours each week, allow me to guide you through a rejuvenating meditation followed by a heart based exercise that is designed to support you in creating more energy, Joy and abundance in your life!

One on one Joy Sessions are for people who, for whatever reason, want to dig deeper individually. Depending on where you're at and how much support feels right, I'm happy to offer tailored one-on-one Joy Coaching sessions. It is my mission to support clients in remember, own, and share their Joy.
One on one Joy Sessions take place either via phone, zoom, or in person.
