The JOY Sessions are designed for anyone who is ready and willing to reconnect with Joy, and experience more alignment in their everyday life. With guided meditation and strategic heart based exercises, I will support you in re-aligning yourself with the things your heart most desires.
Many of us believe that we need to control everything around us in order to feel okay. Our lives, our jobs, our loved ones. Our happiness has become dependant on the conditions of our life.
Throughout our time together we'll explore The Joy Method (TJM), and you’ll learn to refocus your energy on what you can control – your thoughts, and what you want rather than what you don’t want. You'll learn to observe your thoughts and practice re-aligning them with the truth of who you are. By taking responsibility for your Joy and through our work in the sessions, you'll have the space and time to reclaim Joy while becoming a deliberate co-creator in your own life! Sound fun? It is!
The thing is, you deserve to feel good! And in your life, as you begin to focus on, move toward and feel the things that bring you joy, the list of things that make you feel joyful will expand.

Are you ready for more Joy? This round of JOY Sessions will be online, beginning January 9th at 6:30 pm (MST). Online sessions will be recorded so don't worry if you can't attend all of them. For one hour each week, allow me to guide you through a rejuvenating meditation followed by a heart based exercise that will help create more energy, joy and abundance in your life.
