Joy is a practice. The Online Joy Sessions are designed to guide you back to yourself and allow you to align with Joy in your work, life and play. In this online course you will learn about The Joy Method and simple tools to help you to align with Joy in your day to day life. With guided meditation, strategic heart-based exercises, and Law of Attraction tools, I will support you in identifying, aligning and manifesting the things your heart most desires.

Through guided meditation and a heart-based exercise, we will identify what you would like to experience, release limiting beliefs and create personalized affirmations to help you tap into Joy regularly. During our session I will encourage you to commit to inspired actions that align with your Joy-based desires. After our one-on-one Joy Session I will capture you, exactly as you are, in connection with Joy as a beautiful experience and reminder.
